DIY This Ruffled Skirt Out Of Any Old Skirt You Have
This DIY ruffled skirt is one of my favorite skirts in my closet now. Black and white is the new neutral, so you can totally wear this with a pattern ... or you can make the ruffles pop and wear it with a black tank. The best part about this skirt is you don't have to run out and grab a bunch of new supplies. You can make this skirt using an old skirt you already have hanging in your closet.
