DIY Oscars Swag Bags

Oscars party DIY swag bags

This is my last of the Oscars posts. I'm sad to see it go from the blog really. It was so much fun wasn't it? I definitely saved one of the best for last. And the great part is, you can use everything we have been making all week for this! Meet my Oscars Party Swag Bags.

Oscars Party Swag Bag Ideas

I filled the swag bags with my printable Oscars Scorecards, Sequin Star Barrettes, Tuxedo Confetti Poppers, Gold Notebooks from Target, and Mini Champagne Bottles from Target with pretty ribbon and striped straws.

1. Print + cut template. Tape two sides together.

2. Trace onto vinyl.

3. Iron on vinyl onto tote.

Oscars Swag Bags Step 1

First, print the star template I created for you. Cut out the template. Line up the two sides of the star and tape them together. Trace the star onto the backside of the vinyl. I recommend using a sharpie. Cut out the vinyl star.

Warm the surface of your tote with the iron. Liner side up, iron the star onto the tote. With medium pressure, hold the iron onto each part of the star for 25-30 seconds. Make sure you work your way around the entire star. Flip the tote around and do the same onto the backside of the tote. Let cool and remove the liner. Call your guests! You now have some swag bags to hand out.
